Return Policy

- Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Items must be free of damage, scratches, and wear.
Return Procedure

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
- We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.

- We'll provide a RMA number and instructions on how to exchange the item.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
Shipping
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the return tracking number.
Exceptions
- Certain items, such as custom orders, special orders, and items that are damaged or worn, may not be eligible for return.
- Items that are missing parts or accessories may not be eligible for return.
Warranty
- All products sold by Riaboats.com come with a manufacturer's warranty.
- Warranty claims should be made directly with the manufacturer.
